Canada in the sixties , when we can no longer satisfy with acne adolescence was not much to do with his carcass unpolished and firmly bored. A flash of lucidity and was offered a cheap guitar with a caring mother . It itches timidly , we learn two or three chords , it is perfect for finally find themselves playing folk, because it's easier to play the folk is not it . And later we end up writing songs that will be engraved on a debut album in '72 . This was Ray Materick , songwriter Ontario released a plethora of albums subsequently made . An artist who plays the music he likes, when he likes . With its beautiful warm voice, he recites a sensitive folk, hazy and winning, peaceful and unhurried . The influences of Dylan and Donovan are certainly not so far away , but he appropriates his music writing impeccable and flawless. The faithful companion of our wanderings and our moods.
